Our service to you:
To provide swimming lessons using ASA/STA qualified swimming instructors who will use Swim-With-Me progressive tuition. Fully trained swimming instructors will work in and out of the water teaching the pupils to focus on achieving optimum results by helping support the body if required and aiding in correct stroke technique through demonstration and guidance. To provide, whenever possible, a temporary cover instructor in the event of any absence of the regular instructor. To assess students on a continual basis using Swim-With-Me’s continual assessment, with ASA badges and certificates. Swim-With-Me will endeavour to maintain a maximum class size of 8 children but Swim-With-Me reserves the right to change the size and structure of swimming classes without notice. A Teacher and Assistant combination is not always guaranteed. Swimming days and times are not guaranteed each term. Swim-With-Me prides itself on our water based tuition but cannot always guarantee this service in each class.
Parent/Guardian must not approach poolside unless asked to do so by a child’s instructor/assistant Parent/Guardian must ensure all children are kept away from poolside until their instructor calls them forward for their lesson. Parent/Guardian must not allow any child, including siblings to walk/play around the perimeter of the pool. Parent/Guardian must not assist in the instruction of a child during a lesson. Parent/Guardian must ensure that swimmers are changed in the correct changing rooms provided, not poolside. Parent/Guardian must remain on the premises whilst their child is in lessons. Armbands must be worn by non-swimmers unless advised otherwise by their instructor. Armbands are not supplied by Swim-With-Me and must be supplied by the Parent/Guardian. Please see POOL RULES with reference to additional requirements.
Payments of swimming fees & on line purchases:
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We are pleased to accept orders by online transaction (secure server). All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept all major debit & credit cards. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. No payments will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder. Payment must be made two weeks prior to the term commencing to ensure swimming places are secured. Due to insurance purposes Swim-With-Me cannot allow anyone to swim unless all fees are up to date. Payments made by bankers cheque that fail to clear, will be subject to a £25 administration fee.
Private company, Optimal Payments www.optimalpayments.co.uk is used for all our online transactions for members, and general users.
Refunds and Cancellations:
Swim-With-Me Subscriptions & Registrations:
Swim-With-Me does not offer refunds on cancellations of membership subscription or registration fees. Our swimming courses are sold on a discounted block booking of 12 weeks and are not sold on an individual daily basis. Customers wishing to purchase individual days should contact Swim-With-Me customer services on 08455 080990 directly, to make alternative arrangements. No refunds are available for absence through sickness or holiday, or any other reason. A notice period of two weeks should be given if not re-enrolling to enable Swim-With-Me to maintain class structure and continuity. Swim-With-Me reserves the right to withdraw tuition at any time without refund, in such circumstances ‘catch up’ lessons will be arranged at the earliest time possible which may not be on your usual day or time for swimming, or within the current swimming term. Customers that inform Swim-With-Me that they are not renewing their subscription or registration fees will be entitled to attend any ‘catch up’ lesson owed, and will not be entitled to a refund for any missed/cancelled lessons. Swimmers attending lessons without the appropriate swimwear and buoyancy aids (Armbands) will be refused to swim without refund.

Swim-With-Me will occasionally run promotional offers, unless specified promotional offers will NOT be available for existing customers
Swim-With-Me on line shop:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return it within 14 days quoting your Packing Note Number. We will replace without questioning or, if you prefer, refund your purchase price in full. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Swim-With-Me on line shop:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us (unused/unworn still in original packaging) within 14 days quoting your Packing Note Number and advise whether you would like a replacement or a refund. This also applies in the unlikely event of a Faulty item. Please mark the parcel “Returns Department” and let us know the reason for the return. Return postage and packing costs will be met by the customer. Customers should obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
With payment of swimming fees, active members will have on-line access to Swim-With-Me member information. If Swim-With-Me fails to supply electronic information for any reason other than through negligence on the part of Swim-With-Me, members should contact Swim-With-Me Customer Service Department at the following address:

We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from commercial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as an act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire and legislation. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items or service ordered, then the customer’s liability will be limited to the value of the items or service already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.
Pricing and Print Errors:
Prices and specifications are checked and confirmed. While every effort will be made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without notice.
Corporate Company Insurance:
Full corporate company insurance is held by Swim-With-Me, which covers all swimmers while attending their lessons. This does not extend further than the pool / changing rooms. Beyond this area any accidents that occur must be notified to the appropriate body and the matter taken up with them.

Stills photography or video recording is not permitted poolside in compliance with the ASA Child Protection Policy unless prior permission is given in writing by Swim-With-Me. Parent/Guardian must ensure that swimmers are changed in the correct changing rooms provided. Changing poolside is strictly prohibited. Children of 7 years and above must change in the correct changing room according to their gender.
