Crash Course Bonanza
Are you interested in crash courses that don't cost the earth? If yes, then look no further. We are running a 4 day crash course at Sir Charles Lucas Sports Centre between 6 - 9 April 2010. Each class is 30 minutes and time slots run between 09.30 and 12.30 each day.
The Cost?............£10 per course.... but only if booked and paid for by Wednesday 17 March 2010. After this date the price will increase to £15.00 per course. If you are interested in booking a place please do not hesitate to contact us on 08455 080990, as spaces will not hang around.
We run School Holiday Intensive Swimming Classes at all of our venues, to offer our pupils and the general public the opportunity to develop their swimming ability. A thirty min class each day for one week is an ideal environment to jump a stage or two and improve confidence or for distance swimming. Technique will certainly be improved and it is a great activity for the children who may be bored during School Holidays.
During School Holidays, the same as Term Time lessons, we offer the following classes, with a maximum of 8 pupils in the class to one teacher:

8-14 year olds who may want to become a fully qualified lifeguard, can get a great introduction via our rookie Lifeguard Courses. The Rookie Course is a fun, practical and interactive way to learn about water safety, first aid and how to deal with emergency situations. We teach the Rookies how to look after themselves and others in and around the water. Children participating must be able to swim 25m front Crawl, Back Crawl and Breaststroke confidently.
