Josh can swim ok but I was saying " Head right back" and "Dig - use those hands" and he thanked ME for making him a better swimmer. Jo got really confident. We went down the green flume and I practised floating on my back and jumping and sitting on the bottom of the pool and floating back up. We really enjoyed the afternoon and it is all down to you.

Can I say you have done wonders with Lily and her swimming. She has so much confidence which came into it's own when we went to Centre Parcs on the 25 July.She was riding the rapids and flumes without hesitation, with her dad, I hasten to add it was too scary for me!
